Description

This solid walnut and maple carpenters deadblow mallet is beautiful and functional. This download package includes all the digital files you need to make your very own, or as a gift for a fellow woodworker. When completed, this is a true deadblow mallet, with 13 ounces of lead shot loose in the head so it strikes nice and solid with no bounce. Great for chisel work, or knocking your projects joints together. It’s total weight when finished is just under 2 lbs.
It measures 11″ tall x 6″ across the head, with 3″ wide faces.

-Deadblow Mallet 1 Drawings v*.pdf: These are 1:1 scale drawings that can be used to trace the parts and cut them out with a scrollsaw if you do not have a CNC available and a page that shows how the parts go together.
