This herb stripper is made of solid maple and is the perfect gift for your favorite chef! The front edge is sharp enough for scraping and light chopping, and the holes are all a slightly different size so you will always have the perfect fit for whatever herbs you are working with. The ‘comb’ slots let you strip your herbs without having to thread them through the holes.

Soaked in mineral oil and then treated with Howards Butcher Block Conditioner, these make the tedious process of stripping herbs into a quick and easy one. (The 4″ Bobcaygeon Woodworks coaster in some of the pictures is NOT included and is just there for scale.)

Wash by hand in warm soapy water only. A dishwasher will steam the oils out of the wood and leave it unprotected.
